Return Policy

If you have any issues or concerns about your product, or an item arrives damaged, please e-mail me immediately at with photos and a detailed explanation and I will refund you or send you a new item ASAP. If item arrives damaged I need to be notified within 2 weeks or offer is invalid.

Refund can be made via Gift Card you can use immediately, or your original form of payment.

Other returns will not be accepted except at the cost of the customer to ship the item back in new, unused condition. 

If you live in the Columbus area e-mail me and we can work to arrange a trade if you would like a different item.
